As you can imagine the summer is a very busy time here at Coapt We know moving to a new house can be a stressful, so we are looking to recruit a friendly, energetic team member to welcome tenants to their new homes and help them settle in.

You are:

You’ll be:

- The face of Coapt You'll be the friendly welcoming smile based on our front desk in the office.
- Managing your diary and booking appointments to conduct check ins on moving in day.
- Conducting a check in, explaining the inventory and issuing keys
- Providing tenants information on living in the community, how to report maintenance and what to do in an emergency.
- Providing guidance, advice and helping to resolve any queries or maintenance issues.
- Greeting contractors attending the office, signing in and out keys
- Conducting office administration tasks

Important details:
**Salary**: £11.00ph
Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week including some Saturdays with a day off in lieu the following week.
Fixed term contract: 17th July - 16th September 2021 (dates can be flexible)
Sociable office, get involved in foodie Fridays, pub visits and lots of laughs along the way

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
We have taken additional precautions to keep our staff and customers safe. Hand sanitising stations are located around the office, we have on site procedures to follow, all staff are provided with PPE and lateral flow tests.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brighton and Hove BN2 3LF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
