**Marketing & E- Retail Trade Executive**

**Salary £26,000 - £28,000**

**Location: West End**

A prestigious Skin Care and Beauty Retailer is looking to recruit a **Marketing & E- Retail Trade Executive**to join their Marketing team in their new offices in the West End.

The Marketing E-Retailer Executive, will be responsible to build and execute e-retailers plans to grow the desirability, sales and profitability of the company in the UK and Ireland.

**Duties include**:
**E-retailers Trade Marketing and General Marketing Support**
- Ensure all key trading moments are well executed within a 360-market activation plan.
- Liaise with Global Creative team to have assets created for all agreed trade activations.
- Support E-Retailer Manager to build engaging product pages and new asset creation.
- Support the E-Retail Manager with the launch of new e-retailer openings, work with Global Creative team to ensure assets are made available with correct sizing and naming of full catalogue. Ensure complete product matrix is submitted prior to launch.
- Managing critical path for all NPD launches.
- Submit all necessary assets and new line forms in line with new launches.
- Support UK marketing team in the management of marketing plans.
- Support Senior Marketing Manager with digital components of any third-party campaigns.

**Brand performance monitoring Sales and Stock Monitoring**
- Review online stock position with all online retail partners ensuring all lines are live with no unavoidable OOS.
- Compile weekly reports of online retail stock to all relevant stake holders to pre-empt any product availability issues.
- Monitor retailer trade & promotional activity reporting in order to optimise brand performance.

**Assets and Brand Optimisation**
- Review asset packs provided by Global Creative team and update online retail sites. Create asset proposal for any PDP updates, ensuring they are provided within necessary time frame and renamed/resized as per retailer guidelines.
- Send product samples for retailer shooting, for both core & novelty focuses. Track exposure for future reference.

**Marketing**
- Support in executing 360 marketing plans including social media executions, asset production and post campaign analysis
- Monitor and evaluate the brand and portfolio performance, trends and competitive landscape to strengthen the strategy and identify new opportunities
- Support the follow-up orders / status (Sampling, beauty box) with Stock team
- Manage send-out to Counters or Area managers (collaterals, signages)

**Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years' experience in E-Retail or Marketing
- A Marketing Graduate
- Would consider experience in supply chain
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Beauty experience and UK market experience a plus
- Creative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, proactive, and able to show initiative
- Resilient and flexible, able to handle multiple projects at one time
- Organizational, analytical and computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Adobe Photoshop skills a plus but not necessary
