We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join our fantastic Aftersales Team at Vertu Mercedes-Benz of Reading. All our team are incredibly experienced and knowledgeable about the cars we work with and we are always on hand to provide help andlend expertise for anything our customer needs. If you are looking to move into a successful team and be an integral part of the businesses growth and success then we want to hear from you
**About the Role**
Our Technicians are a fundamental part of our Aftersales team and will be responsible for accurately completing repair and service records, as well as any other appropriate activities. You will analyse work orders carefully to understand a vehicle’s condition,the accuracy of the diagnosis, and what work has been agreed to. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be working 42.5 hours a week where we are able to offer a basic salary of £29,000 and an OTE of up to £38,425.
**About You**
All you require to become a part of the team is: -a Valid UK Driving Licence -an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in light vehicle repair & maintenance -A proven ability to carry out basic electrical and mechanical repairs -Own your own tools It is also beneficialfor you to have Mercedes experience; this is not essential however if you have main dealer experience in general and are a qualified Maintenance Technician.
