**About us**
Mercedes-Benz of Reading are recruiting We have some great opportunities for Vehicle Technicians to join our team
We are offering up to £42,000 basic salary and an OTE up to £46,800 depending upon skills and experience. We are also offering a sign on bonus of £2,000, plus another £2,000 in month 13 of your employment
This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be working 42.5 hours a week.
**About the Role**
Our Technicians are a fundamental part of our Aftersales team, maintaining vehicles to the high standards and responsible for accurately completing repair and service records, as well as any other appropriate activities. You will analyse work orders carefullyto understand a vehicle's condition, the accuracy of the diagnosis, and what work has been agreed to, as well as delivering an outstanding customer experience.
**About You**
The packages we are offering are dependent upon experience and accreditation, however you can expect packages as below, with an uncapped bonus for overperformance;
- Maintenance Technician basic salary up to £30,450 OTE up to £35,250
- Systems Technician basic salary up to £33,600 OTE up to £38,400
- Diagnostic Technician basic salary up to £37,800 OTE up to £42,600
- Senior Diagnostic Technician basic salary up to £42,000 OTE up to £46,800

All you require to become a part of the team is:

- a Valid UK Driving Licence
- an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in light vehicle repair & maintenance
- A proven ability to carry out basic electrical and mechanical repairs
- Own your own tools
It is also beneficial for you to have Mercedes-Benz and main dealer experience but both are not essential.
