Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for a new challenge?
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Liaising with customers regarding obtaining missing information, answering queries and advising on products
- Answering the phone, directing calls to the right person, and taking accurate messages
- Assisting the sales team by handling calls from potential new customers
- Generating estimates
- Processing quotes and invoices on Sage Line 50
- Arranging couriers
- Liaising with clients and building relationships
- Assisting with additional administrative duties where required
Ideally you will have a background in a manufacturing environment, although this is not essential. You must be able to work to tight deadlines while always using initiative. To be successful you must be willing to learn and be comfortable with prioritising and adapting. In return for your hard work you will be offered 28 days annual leave + your birthday off, employee assistance programme, life assurance (2x annual salary) and a private healthcare scheme.
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Office based, with free parking
24k-26k DOE
