**Local Project Management Lead**

**Have you got experience in preparing status reports?**

**Are you an experienced Project Manager, with working knowledge of JIRA?**

**Have you experience in risk identification and mitigation?**

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a **Consumer Business**, on the search for **Local Project Management Lead.**This is a **Fixed Term Contract** (7Month) based in **Tyne and Wear.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**NMUK Local Program Management Office support**
- Support in project management tasks: create and maintain periodic program dashboards, support coordination required in various work streams upon request from program manager
- Minutes of key program meetings (status meetings, internal management meetings) and actions follow-up
- Support in logistics requests where needed (organization of program events, logistics for tests, meeting rooms arrangements, scheduling of key program meetings, etc.

**Program planning**
- Collect all planning related information for the several components of the program (SAP, connex projects and activities) in different phases of the program and amends Program Master schedules
- Track progress and status against Master Plan, share with program manager and request status to responsible of components
- Communicate Master schedules of the program where needed to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure proper functional administration of documentation access (Sharepoint) to program team and business contributors and administration of project management platform (JIRA)
- Liaise with Core program team and all required technical team to organize, maintain and solve issues around program documentation access in Nissan Sharepoint platforms
- Ensure JIRA content is consistent and escalate inconsistencies to relevant program players for resolution
- Be the key JIRA support to create any relevant dashboard / follow-up for Nissan program manager
- Manage user access and rights to the platforms: single point of contact for all requests, support if needed, grant, modify, maintain repository of users/ access rights
- Ensure structure of documentation platforms is up to date and followed, detect issues and provide related remediation plans
- Follow-up on execution
- Liaise with technical support teams where needed to modify configuration or structure of the platforms

**Testing Support**
- Coordination of NMUK Testing plan - Detailed testing planning (by week/ day / tester with related capacity and availability) / weekly updates on tests planning
- Coordination of NMUK Testing execution - test preparation checklists update / Checklist on entry/exit criteria per test phase / Completion of testing pre-requisites / Daily / weekly tests progress reports / Issue log up to date
- Coordination on Testing documentation - Tests evidence review reports and secure storage of testing evidences by tester / End of test phase test reports signed off by relevant stakeholder (JSOX compliance)

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in Project Management in a global organization.
- Ability to present data in a clear and structured manner.
- Positive and flexible attitude in time pressured environments.
- Strong spreadsheet (Excel) skills. Experience in JIRA advantageous.
- Confident communicator; comfortable in dealing with Senior Management and colleagues based across Europe (no language requirements).
