**Community Carers - covering Thurrock and surrounding areas**
**From £9.95 to £10.45 per hour (dependent upon qualification level)**

Manorcourt Homecare (part of the Healthcare Homes Group) consistently strive to ensure our services are available to the most vulnerable and, as demand for our home care packages continue to grow, we are expanding our teams to improve the quality of livesof more individuals.
We offer:
- Flexible shift patterns - including both full time and part-time roles
- We can accommodate rolling 3 days on, 3 days off basis
- Due to the nature of the service, the role does require working alternate weekends
- 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata)

Our teams provide invaluable help to individuals who wish to retain their independence and remain living in their own homes for as long as they are able. The duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with personal hygiene, showering/ bathing/ washing
- Helping people get up each morning and go to bed each evening
- Light domestic duties
- Companionship and social calls
- Assistance with toileting
- Shopping either with or for service users
Additional information:
Full PPE provisions are provided and procedures are in place to ensure our carers are protected. We also provide EAP (Employee Assistance Program). Covid testing is strictly adhered to, we also support and actively encourage all front line staff to havebeen fully vaccinated.
