Clinical Governance Lead

**Salary**: £50k - £60k

Location: Manchester and south Yorkshire (visiting different hospital sites within those areas) 40%- 60% of time will be used to travelling to sites. The remaining percentage will be either working at home or in an office.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - Full time Permanent position. 37.5 hours a week.

What responsibility's will my role involve?
- Work closely with account managers in various of different hospitals within certain locations.
- Background and experience in Quality improvement plans
- Up to date on the current laws and regulations
- Lead level - looks at background and trends of issues
- Ensuring compliance and procedures are meet
- Patient safety Initiatives
- Building strong relationships with teams

What requirements do I need to be successful?
- Clinical background experience.
- Background working with senior staff e.g. matrons, deputy mangers, senior nurses etc
- Acute setting (hospital) - no theatre, nurse, scrubs etc experience
