**Job Description**:

- ** Job Title**: Sales Coordinator (Training Academy)
- ** Job Type**:Permanent
- ** Hours**: 37.5 hours** **per week
- ** Job Location**:Frimley
- ** Salary**:£21,000 - £25,000 per annum

SGS are seeking a Sales Coordinator. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills with experience in a customer facing role. Experience of training is not essential but a background in coordinating sales activity will be advantageous.

As a Sales Coordinator you’ll be responsible for working with the UK Academy team to ensure that every customer has the perfect training experience, through exceptional customer service and advice

**Key Accountabilities;**
- Manage inbound enquiries and provide high quality customer service for new and existing clients looking to purchase training courses
- Develop strong working relationships with existing customers
- Work with the UK Academy team and tutors to organise in-house training courses
- Be the key point of contact for customers, including answering queries, offering advice and organising training courses
- Record and maintain all enquiries on the CRM system, ensuring all enquiries are followed up.
- Work with the administration team to ensure training courses are scheduled in line with customer expectations.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of working in a customer service environment in a customer facing role.

You'll also have:

- Experience in sales, business development and/or relationship management
- Excellent communication skills, with exceptional customer service skills
