We are now looking for a** Turnkey Project Coordinator**. The overall purpose of the Turnkey Project Coordinator is to manage the coordination of a Turnkey project; including traffic management, suspensions, permitting, programming, client updates and customer contact. **Key Responsibilities of the Turnkey Project Coordinator**: - Identify and comply with the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and Traffic Management Act 2004 and associated codes of practices (including but not limited to the Highway Authorities and Utilities Committee Guidance on the Operation of Permit Schemes ("**HAUC Guidance**") and the street works technical specification for electronic transfer of notifications (ETON v6)). - Raise and manage notices/permits, including variations, modifications, conditions, and extensions. - Liaise with the relevant initiators and managers to request, plan, and manage traffic management, including ensuring all vehicles footprints are factored into site set up. - Ensure each job has been successfully created in Ontrack notice/permit details and conditions are accurate. - Plan excavations and reinstatement, liaising with the relevant excavation suppliers and internal management/supervision. - Carry out compliance audits on every stage of the job using Ontrack’s compliance tagging functionality. - Highlighting good and poor practice to the contracts Senior Manager and Street Works department. - Liaise with customers providing updates and responses within the required SLA. - Submitting the Works Stop and Registration using Ontrack, Maximo, WMS and any other required system. - Being cross trained with the rest of the Street Works department to provide cover where necessary. - Carry out any other task required by the business.
