Electrical Supervisor Salary: Up to £46,000 D2D travel Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Yorkshire, with working away when required About the Company We are working with a long-established retail solutions specialist providing full turnkey services to major UK and international brands.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Their work ranges from full store fit-outs and refurbishments through to planned M&E works and ongoing maintenance programmes.With over two decades of proven delivery, they hold a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability and professionalism within the retail and commercial industry.Role Overview The Electrical Supervisor will take responsibility for overseeing electrical works across multiple retail and commercial sites.This position blends technical knowledge with team supervision, scheduling, quality assurance and day-to-day coordination.Many projects run in fast-paced retail environments where careful planning and professionalism are key.Key Responsibilities Supervising electrical teams and subcontractors on site Coordinating work on store refurbishments, roll-outs and small works programmes Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations Reviewing installation quality and issuing corrective directions where needed Working closely with Project Managers to align schedules and deliverables Completing site inspections, toolbox talks and health & safety checks Providing clear documentation, reporting and progress updates Supporting effective communication between site teams and client contacts Candidate Requirements Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Supervisory or site lead experience within retail/commercial environments Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and sites A proactive mindset, with confidence in problem-solving on site A strong awareness of health & safety and compliance procedures Willingness to travel frequently, including occasional overnight stays What's On Offer Up to £46,000 salary Paid day-to-day travel 40 hour working week 25 days holiday bank holidays Birthday off Steady and varied workload across multiple branded retail portfolios A supportive and professional working environment with long-term career prospects The chance to be involved in large-scale national programmes and technical projects If this role sounds like it may be of interest to you, please hit apply. xsabvtc Calibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, race, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.We act as both an employment agency and employment business.
