Full Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities:

- To promote excellence in customer service in all areas;
- To ensure a highly motivated and knowledgeable workforce and to lead by
example at all times;
- To organise and ensure all staff are carrying out their duties correctly and are
following policy and procedures and are in the correct uniform;
- To aid in the development, monitoring and provision of a detailed training
program for new and existing staff;
- To enforce licensing and health and safety regulations whilst open to the public;
- To deal with customer issues and be available to deal with problems in the
absence of the Duty Manager;
- To follow strict procedures for the control of stock and money and to enforce this
amongst the wider team;
- To assist the management team in efficient stock control and stock taking;
- To have a product knowledge and to be proactive in making stock and sales
promotion recommendations.
- To serve food and drinks in accordance with statutory safety requirements,
including food hygiene regulations;
- Participate in team meetings when required;
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by management.

**Job Types**: Part-time/full time hours available
This is a temporary contract
