We’re currently seeking a Assistant executive Housekeeper to lead our pre opening Housekeeping team at 1 Mayfair, a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamline a bumpy process to stock a supply cart.

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service.

Qualifications:
**About you...**:

- 3 or more years luxury hotel experience.
- An expert in housekeeping operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
