**What’s the role?**
Assistant Executive Housekeeper at The Ned City of London.

**Where will you be working?**
Our housekeeping team looks after our bedrooms, public areas including our restaurants and bars, our members areas, spa, and laundry and uniform facilities.

**What will you be doing?**
- As a key part of the housekeeping leadership team, you will be supporting the Executive Housekeeper in leading the day to day operation, acting as first point of contact in their absence
- You will use data, reporting, and your keen decision-making skills to deliver a smooth and efficient operation
- Acting as a role model at all times, you will be supporting and developing the management and supervisory team within housekeeping by providing coaching and guidance
- You will take charge of the employee lifecycle for the housekeeping team ensuring we are hiring top talent, providing memorable welcome journeys, ongoing training, and managing performance within the team
- With your strong organisational skills you will ensure rotas, orders, and plans are always ready to meet the needs of our busy and fast paced operation
