We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join STI Ltd as **Senior Bid Manager**, based at our manufacturing site in **Hook.** This is a fantastic opportunity for proactive and hardworking individuals to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

As a **Senior Bid Manager,** you will be responsible for the processing and compilation of strategic bids of significant value.

**The Senior Bid Manager role will involve**:

- Managing customer expectations in line with business requirements
- Interfacing with customers on a commercial and technical level
- Ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and STI strategy is clear to all
- Articulating bid requirements to relevant internal departments
- Liaising with global procurement and manufacturing facilities where required
- Regularly reporting KPIs and quote status
- Preparation of pricing matrices and analysis of financial metrics

**For this role you will need**:

- Demonstrable experience working in a Customer Service / Sales environment with experience of putting together bids (preferably in a manufacturing or service environment)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Highly numerate with aptitude to learn PC / business systems
- Confident presenting to customers and senior management
