Here at Serco, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner for our customer services business. The Senior Business Partner is responsible for providing dedicated, commercial and financial decision support aligned to strategic and customer priorities, to win good business and improve shareholder value. The Senior Business Partner will work with a portfolio of business that is complex in nature due to the quantity of contacts, revenue and payment mechanism, stakeholder environment, operational complexities or delivery risk. The role will challenge assumptions, influence decisions and make recommendations for efficiency improvements in order to sustain growth. It’s important to note that this role is heavily commercial, and you will be expected to contribute and influence the commercials of our bids and contracts.

**What you’ll need to do the role**
- You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) and have worked in a similar Senior Financial business partner position
- Ideally you will have experience of the outsourcing sector or have deep experience of working with public sector organisations and their procurement framework
- You’ll be a highly commercial finance professional and have experience in influential and shaping bids
- People management skills as this role will manage a small team of finance business partners
- Strong commercial acumen, as well as a strong understanding of the relationships between key financial and non financial business value drivers
