A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our excellent team as a Transport Manager. You will be responsible for making sure all of our HGV drivers deliver goods to stores on time and in perfect condition. You _**must**_ have experience in a similar role, or be a transport supervisor looking to take the next step in your career.

If you're looking for a chance to develop in logistics, this could be the role for you We'll work with you on your shifts, however the role will involve weekend working.

**???????You'll be responsible for**:

- Managing all aspects of your team of drivers from performance through to training needs
- Sending your drivers out on time and fully briefed
- Tacho analysis and vehicle checks when your team return to the depot
- Liaising with stores

**About You**:
You'll be able to work in a fast paced environment and be adaptable to change, whilst being passionate about doing the right thing for our customer's by driving quality and adhering to process.

You'll be naturally friendly and want to get stuck in, working with your team to deliver great results. You'll have an enthusiastic approach and be a strong coach, mentor, motivator and role model to the managers and colleagues around you, driving performanceand working cross-functionally, communicating effectively across all levels.
