In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day to day operation of the home.

Our home supports up to three children who have complex needs which may include autistic spectrum disorder with Social, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties.

A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential and Childcare is essential, as well as previous experience within a residential childcare setting along with the following characteristics:

**Organisation **- As well as supervising the staff team, you’ll need to be confident and organised in updating care plans and reporting information that will be relevant to the care of our young people.

**Caring **- Our young people require the best care we can offer. If you are a naturally caring and compassionate person, this is the role for you.

**Attentive **- No young person is the same so being attentive to understand them and identify areas where we can support is important.
