**The Client**

Our Client are a New Build Housing contractor working Nationally. This top ten house builder produce a wide range of homes for first time buyers and Housing Associations across the Country offering all-inclusive specifications. They are looking to recruita temporary to permanent Administrator to support their Land & Development team in Wolverhampton.

**The Role**

To provide comprehensive Administrative support to the Land & Development team. To provide administrative support to the Development Department in the planning, coordination, design and procurement functions on each project from tender through constructionto post.

**Duties**
Processing invoices for 2 departments
Organising Appointment documents and Collateral Warranties
Minute taking
Scanning and post tasks
Assisting the team on any administrative tasks
Collating information for packs and organising signatures from different departments
Assist with the Development, Commercial and Land teams.
Organise and maintain the Department diary
Liaise with internal and external individuals, consultants, groups and organisations as required
Arrange and distribute incoming / outgoing post for the Department
Assist in the compilation and administration of Planning / Land Packs
Process the signing of invoices, cheque requests, petty cash and expenses.
Assist in the preparation of tenant handbooks and other site manuals for client handovers.
Manage the recording and processing of invoices with the team.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a Team Administrator is essential
Previous experience working within the Construction or House Build industry would be a distinct advantage but not essential
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programmes, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability and confidence to work on own initiative and to work under pressure.
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
