**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
- Assisting the hire team with loading all low loader moves onto our transport system
- Confirming and transferring low loader moves
- Weekly reports of all low loader move from the previous week
- Answering internal and external phone calls for Plant Hire and Fuel Ordering and taking detailed messages
- Checking and managing the Plant Hire inbox, sorting requisitions and queries
- Raising purchase orders and confirming delivery of all items as well photo evidence
- Contacting sites to ensure collections have been made and that photos are sent into the plant hire inbox
- Sourcing internal plant availability as well as with external hire companies
- Placing and logging fuel orders for all contracting jobs
- Confirming all moves done by the HIAB lorry
- Pricing and logging low loader tickets on our transport system
- Producing the what’s out where report and rectifying any discrepancies
- Ability to be proactive and self-motivated
- Cross checking any down time due to operators or breakdown on our Coins system
- Management of approved plant hire invoices on self-drive kit
- Assisting with contacting hire companies to resolve and invoice queries
- Weekly hired plant timesheet maintenance, ensuring sites complete correctly and are sent in by the deadlines

**KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience within a similar Plant Administration/ Maintenance role is advantageous
- Computer literate ¦ In-house systems/Excel/Word/Outlook
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Experience of working within a face paced office environment.
- Knowledge of Coins would be beneficial
- Numerate with excellent attention to detail.
- Hard-working with a can-do attitude.
- Assisting with any damage notifications regarding external plant hire, contacting the site and requesting a full investigation to be done and claim form to be completed
- Monthly management of LOLER reporting to our outsourcing team. Ensuring certificate are in date and fit for work
- Assisting sites with the distribution of plant LOLER and inspection records when requested
