**About The Role**:
Are you driven, self-motivated and passionate about wanting to make a difference? We are looking for a full time, highly motivated and supportive Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Team.

**In addition to a competitive salary, this role includes monthly bonus and commission opportunities.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective applicants, offering excellent knowledge of Compass services across Fostering, Residential, Education, Therapeutic Services, and Community.
- Ensure prompt response times to all enquiries and manage the full pre-screening and registration process.
- Achieve individual and team weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Collaborate with the wider recruitment team and cover/support other team members as needed.
- Contribute to recruitment campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Support the Recruitment Manager and Supervisor with reporting, data management, and general recruitment activity.

**Requirements & Experience**
- Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing is essential (either agency or in house)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer first mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and detail orientated, with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and using applicant tracking systems
- A team player with an interest in children’s services and making a real difference
