**Silk Rd is an independent restaurant company set up by two guys with years of experience in the Hospitality industry, they have bags of passion and enthusiasm for great food and drink.**
**Our Silk Rd Tapas Restaurant based in Beetham Plaza just off Castle street in Liverpool city centre, serves a tapas food influenced by travels accros the Silk Rd from the Pacfic to the Mediterranean.**
For us it is all about the quality of the food we produce and the service that we deliver to our customers. We want to work with great people that are passionate about hospitality, and food and drink.
We are looking for someone that is looking to develop their career and has great attention to detail, as well as a passion for delivering amazing food and drink, along with great customer service and an overall exceptional experience for our customers.
**You must be available to work evenings and weekends, this can be a full or part-time role and we have flexibility around the hours for the right person.**

**As the Restaurant Supervisor**
- You must have previous restaurant experience running shifts and been responsible for opening and closing a restaurant.
- Passionate about delivering great service and maintaining high standards.
- You’ve run shifts in a busy, high turnover restaurant with enthusiasm, coaching and motivating staff and adapting to the varied demands of each day.
- You’re a positive ambassador, hungry for a challenge and keen to make a real difference.
- Good Leadership skills
- Flexibility to react to business demands
- Willing to learn and develop your skills.
- A strong all-rounder with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive and motivate your team to deliver high quality standards and service.
- You will need experience working within at restaurant and bar environment as this is a hands-on role.
- You will be expected to drive sales and support the General Manager with marketing initiatives.
Our teams are kept motivated through an excellent training and involvement in menu and brand development.
