**YOUR MISSION**

Your mission is to drive the business and service from the front line, customers and other team members will all be engaging with you, you must maintain a focused and positive outlook at all times.

Your primary focus should be making sure the guests are receiving the best and most efficient service possible. your secondary focus should be maintaining the site, maintaining hygiene. keep your eyes on the door at all times, meet and greet our guests, keep an eye on less experienced team members, make sure that the whole team is working in synergy.

Lastly you are responsible for opening and closing the restaurant at certain times of the week, this must be carried out in a professional manner, and taking your time to follow the step by step guides.

**WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR ROLE**

As a restaurant supervisor it's your job to lead from the front, you have been recognised as a strong floor team member and have started taking on and being trained in extra responsibilities.

it's imperative in your role to have a positive and motivated attitude, you must be energetic yet stable to be able to direct less experienced team members, but also to maintain the company standards.

As a restaurant supervisor you must be distinguishable from other team members, you will do this with a more focused and organised demeanour.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- maintain and drive the sites operation
- be available to other team members for support, dealing with difficult customers, or any other issues that arise in our industry
- have an in-depth knowledge of the business operation, service steps, hygiene expectations and guest service skills.
- be aware and able to manage site stock levels
- maintain the site's health and safety, and hygiene to the standards laid out.
- be responsible for the sites security, namely cash security and safe checks, keyholding responsibilities (alarm and open/close locking up procedure)
- be responsible for maintaining sensitive information you may be exposed to on the job

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.75-£111.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
