Hire Desk Administrator

**Key duties**:
- Work flexibly as a member of the Hire Desk Team
- Answer all incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
- Ensure all on/off hire orders are taken in detail and processed correctly
- Create, input and ensure accuracy of orders onto the company Insphire system to minimise account queries and potential credits
- Produce and maintain a manual complete contract file, containing all relevant paperwork including signed delivery and collection notes
- Book x hires, rehire and source plant from third parties
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure machines are ready for hire and delivered to site as required
- Deal with breakdowns, liaising with the workshop and or external support
- Process and recharge costs associated with damage, repair and loss claims
- Create and post invoices to Great Plains accounts package
- Deal with any customer queries quickly and efficiently
- Build strong customer relationships
- Maximise sales opportunities at all times
- Manage purchase ledger for the finance department
- Maintain and update records to ensure compliance to industry and company requirements
- Post on social media
- General ad-hoc administrative duties
**Skills Required**:
- Full training will be provided
- Confident with IT packages, especially Excel
- Good communications skills, written and verbal
- Excellent Organisation skills and an ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Great team player who can also work well on their own
**Flexibility**:

Pay: £12.87 per hour
