**Secretary/Group Coordinator**
**Location**:

- Haymarket (hybrid)
**Salary in range**:

- £25,638 to £30,120
**Working week** - 36 hrs per week Mon to Friday. 7 hrs 12 min per day

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Provision of secretarial service to Director and Business Manager.
2. Manage and co-ordinate diaries, contacts, travel arrangements and accommodation as required.
4. Organise and support meetings, workshops, conferences and events, including those with internal as well as key external stakeholders and partner organisations.
5. Create/format documents and coordinate the preparation of reports, draft minutes and draft replies to routine correspondence as well as updating documents and tracking changes for correspondence being circulated.
6. Manage and organise records, documents and files for the Director and the Directorate.
7. Work collaboratively with other Business Manager/Secretaries/Group Coordinators to provide mutual cover and support as required.
8. Where required provide support for other members of the Directorate, or the organisation, as and when required.
**Skills, qualifications and experience**
**Essential**:

- Previous experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role.
- Effective IT, keyboard and office skills.
- Well organised, able to prioritise effectively.
- Friendly, positive, diplomatic and helpful to a wide range of colleagues both internal and external, but able to be firm when required.
- Ability to maintain confidences.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in the further or higher education sectors.
