Wales, United Kingdom Barnardo's Full time

Our Business Services directorate is currently delivering an exciting programme of work that will improve our technology and ways of working. The first stage of this work includes the replacement of our current Finance and HR systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365. For our People teams, this will help us to better support our staff and manage our employee data and records. This work also aligns with our newly launched People and Culture strategy, focused on supporting our colleagues and creating a positive, inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.

We're looking for experienced HR Administrators to help with our day-to-day HR processes while our new system implementation is underway, supporting the transition to Dynamics 365HR. This would be a great development opportunity for someone with a passion for solving problems and a can-do attitude, with the ability to take initiative and manage a varied and fast paced workload.

We're looking for someone with:

- Experience in an administrative HR role
- Brilliant customer service skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent communication skills

In return we can offer:

- Flexibility in where and when you work, thanks to our hybrid working offer
- Great learning opportunities
- An opportunity to be part of transformational change in our People function
- 26 days annual leave

Barnardo's offers a hybrid working model covered under our 'Work from Anywhere' Framework, therefore vacancies advertised with this as an opportunity are open for applicants to either work from home or any location within the UK, including Barnardo's Hub/Office that is a reasonable distance from your home address.
- Flexibility

Barnardo's believe in creating equality of opportunity in the workplace and supporting people to manage their work-life balance; we are therefore open to offering flexible working arrangements.
- About Barnardo's
- At Barnardo's we believe in children - no matter who they are, what they have done or what they have been through. Please read about our basis and values following the link below. You will be asked questions relating to them as part of the recruitment process for this role.
