**Salary**: £22,080
We are looking for a team focused Operations Administrator. You will process daily activities in line with standard FDS operating procedures and will be an effective communicator at all levels of the organisation. You will be a proactive thinker who can leadprocesses and make effective business decisions.
With exceptional attention to detail, you identify and escalate, where appropriate, any discrepancies. You will be confident in liaising with senior management and wider operational leads, ensuring processes are completed in order to meet defined deliverables.
This is a home based position, full-time Monday to Friday standard hours. There may also be the occasional need to visit the Head Office in Aldershot, Hampshire.
**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Provide thorough and accurate administrative support to senior management and operational leads
- Co-ordinate schedules and manage calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged and prevent conflicts
- Make travel arrangements and prepare documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings
- Creation and maintenance of process flows and documentation control
- Weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting on a variety of different business functions
- Work with wider teams on resource management to help cover annual leave, sickness and any other absences
- Raise and track purchase orders as required
- Track all spending and act as conduit for approval flows
- Raise new hire requests
- Support Business Analysts in implementation, tracking and completion of tasks to meet FDS business objectives
- Manage training requirements for service delivery teams
- Write and publish clear and concise company-wide communications
**Key Skills**:
- Previous experience as an operations administrator, senior administrator or similar position
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office and data management software skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Confident dealing with middle and senior management
