**Internal Communications Business Partner**

Operating as a strategic internal communications business partner, you will be responsible for some of my client’s most important internal stakeholder relationships.

Specifically, the role is responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of internal communications and employee engagement campaigns and activities that support the aims and objectives of HR, SHE and Legal.

**About the role**

Working in line with the company internal communications strategy, design and deliver internal communications strategies and plans to support the delivery of HR, SHE and Legal’ objectives in the context of the strategic goals and strategic priorities.

Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment of all messaging, verifying all content.

Champion the internal communications channels, taking a ‘Workplace’ first approach and working to drive up activation and adoption of this channels across all stakeholders and audiences.

Deliver events as required from content creation to on-the-day management, working closely with stakeholders to align agenda and content.

Implement closed loop activity by being insight led and outcome driven, providing measurement and insight into the effectiveness of internal communications and employee engagement.

Provide counsel to senior leaders to help them communicate effectively with their teams, including advice on the right mix and cadence of communications channels and activities.

Deliver communications to support managers to have better conversations with their teams and improve face to face communications.

Provide communications planning and delivery advice to stakeholders and teams on an ad-hoc basis.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to help create a highly effective, positive internal communications function.

You will work out of hours as part of a rota of colleagues handling out-of-hours activity.

**About You**

KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience of planning and delivering detailed internal communication and employee engagement campaigns to meet defined objectives - including working with external suppliers
- Excellent verbal and written communication, proof reading and planning skills
- Track record of deploying internal communication activity, tools and techniques to support business plans and major change
- Able to actively engage people impacted by change
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a positive challenging style
- Resilience, tenacity and self-starter
- Ability to write for different media, purposes and audiences
- Creative flair
- Flexible approach to working conditions and willingness to work anti-social hours when necessary
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
