We are recruiting for a Senior Manager, FTS Service Management. This position can sit at any J&J site in **EMEA**.

**Key responsibilities**:

- lead a global team in the execution, and continued development, of the Roadmap
- optimise the tool and proactively identify partner requirements, whilst coordinating the ongoing run operations
- build a rolling plan for further business development.
- align with business partners and cross-functional collaborators to identify technology solutions which optimise support of business processes and organizational priorities.
- relevant insights to drive business value
- self motivated engagement with the vendor to realise potential of the tool influencing vendor development of ServiceNow.
- implement vendor developments where there is a return on investment
- impactful partnership with technology team to implement improvements
- an outstanding opportunity to lead in the growth of finance technology to positively impact the lives of our global finance teams

**Qualifications**
- You are a flexible leader with significant IT, finance operations, and project management experience - someone who is self-motivated, detailed oriented, collaborative, and has excellent eye for business.
- Ability to work hand in hand with business partners to continuously evolve the technology landscape to meet business needs.
- Strong technical aptitude, this individual will have a detailed working knowledge of common databases such as Oracle, IBM or Microsoft.
- Experience with ServiceNow, and in particular the Performance & Analytics module, would be ideal.
- As part of the hybrid Finance Technology Solutions team, a good understanding of finance processes in terms of Month End and Quarter End Close processes is preferable.
