Join Our Award-Winning Project Management Team
At Iconic Project Management, we are passionate about delivering excellence, driving innovation, and nurturing the growth of our talented team. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join us.
We have built a reputation as a leading project management consultancy in the construction industry, successfully delivering projects of varying scales and complexity. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to pushing boundaries and exceeding client expectations. At Iconic, trust, integrity, and collaboration are at the core of everything we do, leading to a supportive and inclusive working environment.
Why Join Iconic?
We were proud to have our commitment to excellence recognised by the Association for Project Management (APM), winning the Small to Medium Enterprise of the Year Award in 2024. Here's what the judges had to say:
Iconic is a young business that's rapidly gaining traction in a competitive sector, despite the challenges of COVID. The judges were particularly impressed by their commitment to personal development and innovation. The panel highlighted Iconic's quarterly thinking day as a great example of encouraging innovation and best practice—resulting in a free online tool for SMEs that can't afford a project manager. Overall, a very polished team with a clear message—for just seven people, they pack a real punch.
At Iconic, we invest in people because we believe they are the key to our success. One of the first questions we will ask you is: What can we do for you? We are committed to your personal and professional growth, offering ongoing training and development to help you succeed.
