Talk Staff are delighted to be partnering with a leading Private Equity backed business in Derbyshire to recruit a Financial Analyst. You will sit within the FP&A team and provide support to multiple stakeholders across Property, Operations, IT and Marketing.

The role would suit a fully qualified finance professional who is comfortable operating in a fast paced and demanding environment.

**The role**:

- Increasing reporting efficiencies, delivering improvements to MI and performance tracking that can be rolled out across the business
- Designing and delivering new business performance tracking and supporting the integration into the business
- Managing financial models for periodic P&L reporting both for internal and PE databases alongside all exec deliverables
- Working with a dedicated accountant to produce P&Ls to the highest quality through booking journals and reviewing P&Ls
- Liaising with Managers and Directors to support them on budgeting and reforecasting as required
- Leading continuous improvements in financial process and controls across the Finance function

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel and experience of working with large data sets
- Attention to detail to capture any errors prior to distribution
- Organised and able to plan effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely on the telephone and in writing
- Ability to build rapport and develop key relationships

**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience + bonus

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
