**Chef de Partie - Up to £28,000 - Dartmouth - Straight shifts - Great Hours & Annual Leave** - Up to £28,000 - Mostly straight shifts - Fresh food - Pub style menu We offer an immediate start with straight shifts (OCCASIONAL SPLIT-SHIFTS DURING REGATTA), five days out of seven. The package includes a meal on duty, a share of staff tips, and pension contributions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a stablecompany with an existing great team of people. The role is more a "Second Chef" type of role, where you will be supported by the Head Chef/Venue Manager, and will occasionally be left to run things alone. Experience in event cooking will be useful, especially during the Regatta. There will also be onesocial evening per week which could be anything from a BBQ to a formal meal. Everything is fresh and the bread is made on-site to which training can be given. The operation closes on Xmas Day until it opens on New Year's Day, and then closes for about half of January (call for confirmation of dates). **Duties & responsibilities**: - Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service. - As a Second Chef, you will use your eye for quality to produce high-quality breakfast items from fresh ingredients. - Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained. - Maintain areas of work and machinery.
