We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie for the stylish Platform 1 Champagne Bar and Restaurant in Dartmouth. (salary negotiable)

**THE ROLE**
As a Chef de Partie, you will be confident working in a professional kitchen, and can handle the skills required for our busy multifaceted seafood restaurant and champagne bar situated on the banks of the River Dart.

**REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS**
- Level 1 or 2 food safety
- 2 years in high pressure kitchen or environment
