GAP Plastics has a brilliant opportunity to join our Reactivation Team at our Blackburn Head Office. As a Sales Negotiator you will be tasked with the onboarding and reactivation of business customers, you will do this by building rapport with your customers and offering them GAP services and our range of low-maintenance building products.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator with a fantastic phone manner to build a great rapport with customers. All training will be given to ensure you have all the support you need.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to existing/lapsed customers to promote products and discounts.
- Handling all incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Take ownership of all customer enquiries, enduring they are dealt with in a timely manner
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Inputting data into internal CRM systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
