**Warehouse Administrator. Salary: £23,100 - £28,000 dependant on experience (inc shift allowance) + Excellent benefits and career progression opportunities. Based in Glossop. Working 37.5 hours on a rotating 8-hour shift pattern (week 1: 06:00- 14:30. Week 2: 14:00- 23:00 Mon-Thurs and 14:00 - 20:30 Fri)**
**Key Aspects of the role include**:
- Ensuring all orders are created, picked, packed, and dispatched on time
- To fulfil order requirements and ensure they are completed on time
- Ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to, including hygiene and PPE
- Always comply with company policies and procedures, adhering to best practice
- Liaising with the customer service team to ensure all deadlines are met
- Booking of carriers and ensuring all collections are on time. Communicating between departments and outside carriers.
- Movement of stock between sites
- Stock replenishment in pick bins
- General office administration duties
- To be flexible in approach to assist and cover all parts of the warehouse administration when required
- Adopt an approach of continuous improvement
- Administrative skills with knowledge of excel and word and general computer literacy.
- Experience within a Warehouse Administrator / Logistics Administrator / Transport Administrator or similar would be advantageous
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good level of computer literacy
- Organisation skills - ability to set out and prepare working area
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake training to meet the future requirements of the business
- A drive to achieve and maintain high standards of work at all times
