**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

Ideally, our HR Advisor applicant will be CIPD qualified or be studying towards this with experience ideally within a manufacturing environment with up-to-date knowledge of employment law, experience with employee relations and providing advice in relation to performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance. We are looking for an exceptional communicator, with a friendly open nature and a genuine desire to be of assistance to site management team and employees. Strong administration, numerical & written skills are a must, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR Systems, preferably Resource link, Open Options and SAP. Knowledge of creating presentations and writing reports would also be desirable.
