**What is a Business Support Assistant?**

This is a brand new role that will be integral in supporting our operational management team in a variety of different business areas, including facilities, technology and some HR administration.

On a daily basis, you could be liaising with external maintenance contractors, arranging the servicing or repair of clinic equipment, troubleshooting PC problems, managing HR records (such as annual leave, sickness) or assisting with recruitment, to name some of the wide variety of things you could be involved with.

- Initiative (and the confidence to use it consistently)
- To enjoy working collaboratively with others
- To welcome and encourage feedback and coaching in order to develop your skills
- An ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
