Anderson Knight is looking to recruit an Energy Bureau Operator to join one of our clients in Glasgow. As an Energy Bureau Operator, you will play a crucial role in optimising energy consumption and cost-saving strategies for our clients.

As an Energy Bureau Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and managing energy data for our clients. You will work closely with our energy management team to identify opportunities for energy reduction, optimise energy consumption, and implement effective energy-saving strategies. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret complex energy data will be critical in driving sustainability initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, process, and analyse energy consumption data from various sources, such as utility bills, meter readings, and building management systems.
- Monitor energy usage patterns and identify areas of improvement for energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and implement energy reduction strategies and sustainability programs.
- Prepare accurate and timely energy reports, including consumption trends, cost analysis, and greenhouse gas emissions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, energy management best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance energy efficiency initiatives.
- Conduct energy audits and site visits to identify energy-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of energy management software and tools to streamline data collection and reporting processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working in energy management, energy auditing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of energy data analysis techniques, energy management principles, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex energy data.
- Knowledge of relevant energy regulations, codes, and standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
