The Recruitment Administrator must have:

- A confident communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident with excel
- A fun and outgoing personality
- The ability to deal with a diverse group of people
- Great organisational skills
- The ability to use their initiative within a varied role
- Drive to hit targets and be self-motivated
- Background in Sales or Recruitment (not essential, but advantageous) but organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner is a must
- Educated to GCSE level grade A* to C / 1 to 4 or equivalent in English and Maths
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work confidentially at all times.

The role involves but may not be limited to:

- Support as necessary pre-employment check process and input documentation as required onto the systems
- Process and check compliance and chase missing documentation
- Dealing with recruitment supplier(s), and other suppliers
- Data entry and sales processing
- General PA duties
- Excellent time management of diaries and events
- Social media strategies and posting to create an online brand
- Work to Hydra Sales Group company values

Desirable:

- Previous experience in a recruitment administrator roe
- Knowledge of completing background checks
- Social media marketing experience in building brands
- Event management experience

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
