Ken Brown is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Vehicle Sales Advisor at our Kia Dealership in Stevenage.

As a trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to work with one of the most driven automotive brands in the industry. Your primary responsibility will be to advise customers on vehicle options and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

**Responsibilities**:
Learn about various Kia models, equipment, and options through comprehensive product training.

Build and maintain customer relationships by offering exceptional customer service and experiences.

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and preferences.

Participate in training modules to acquire in-depth knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.

Prepare for a career in sales by gaining experience in selling new and used vehicles.

**Requirements**:
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.
