**The Role**:
You will work at Stanley Grange, located in the picturesque rural community of Samelsbury, Preston. This service is a supported living community in which we support individuals with a range of support needs. These range from learning, physical and complex needs.

Some of the duties involved are,
- Helping with household chores
- Meal preparation
- Encouraging independence
- Some personal care duties
- Outdoor activities
- Arts and craft
- Baking
- Cooking classes
- Movie nights

Shifts will include; Days, Awaking Nights, Sleep-Ins, Weekends

**(Sleep-Ins and Waking Night Enhancement)**

**What We Are Looking For**

Due to the nature of the role and its complexity, we are looking for individuals who enjoy a challenge and can be creative and adaptable, so that the needs of the people we support are met, so they can live life to the full, be happy, and safe. A full training plan will also be completed and additional training if needed.

**_This is a support worker role but we would welcome applicants with a background as care workers or care assistants. Also applicants from other sectors that have suitable transferrable skills. _**
