Relyon Beds is based in Wellington, a town in Somerset 7 miles southwest of Taunton. The factory is a short 10-minute walk from Wellington High Street.

We work a four day week - Monday to Thursday.
**We are looking for a Specialist Support Assistant to join our team. Full training will be given.**
**Main Duties**
Liaise with the New Product Development, Sales and Marketing teams to set up new products both in the Relyon showroom and for Customers shop floor displays / photoshoots
Assemble showroom displays ensuring excellent presentation of product
Accurately follow all administrative procedures including ensuring all products are invoiced and correct paperwork is taken with product; all signed paperwork is returned as appropriate to either the Sales department for filing or to the Despatch department
Report any problems with deliveries and or product to the Sales department in a timely manner
Assist with stocktake of products in the showroom and every 3 months
**Personal Specification**
Must have a full driving license and be confident in driving a Luton van.
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible to work additional hours as required, including overnight stays
Previous experience of loading and unloading heavy goods
DIY experience (painting, decorating, basic repairs)
Experience of using Microsoft Office
**Manual Handing is intrinsic to this role**
Hours: 38 per week
Pay: £11.36 per hour
**Usual working days are Monday - Thursday. Occasional Friday working will be required and paid in line with overtime rules.**
