Join our Business Systems team as a Service Solution Lead on a 15-month maternity cover contract. This dynamic role will give you the chance to shape and optimise global IT systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions using Salesforce.
**About the Role**
As our Service Solution Lead, you’ll guide the enhancement of INTO’s Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms, transforming our service and operational functions. You'll work alongside business and technology groups to streamline processes, increase automation, and provide greater transparency for both internal teams and external partners. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Systems, you’ll be at the heart of designing INTO’s future roadmap for a dynamic, efficient service platform.
**What You'll Do**:
- Lead the design of global Salesforce solutions by collaborating closely with technical teams and customers.
- Shape business requirements into innovative system solutions, delivering proof-of-concepts for new services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, designing a roadmap that incorporates Salesforce solutions to meet business challenges.
- Mentor team members on Salesforce best practices and capabilities, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven environment.
