- 006487The role will ensure the highest standards of facilities management, workplace safety, and sustainability initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position will play a critical role in supporting our global operations and maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive working environment.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Lead and manage facilities operations across the globe, ensuring compliance with international health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement global strategies for facilities management, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
- Oversee multiple site management, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards and align with company values.
- Drive initiatives to enhance workplace safety, reduce environmental impact, and promote sustainability.
- Lead a team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align facilities management strategies with overall business goals.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships related to facilities and workplace safety.
- Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in facilities management and workplace safety.

**What Experience Do You Need**
- Proven experience in Facilities Management
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical standards and regulations
- Knowledge of relevant Building and Health and Safety Regulations
- Experience of managing contractors and directing building services consultants
- Experience of mechanical and electrical systems installation and / or maintenance
- Experience of Building / Property maintenance
- Experience of preparing work schedules / project plans
- Experience of cost management and control
- Experience working In a global or multi site capacity
- AutoCAD experience
