Key duties are:
- Ensure all bank transactions are accurately recorded in a timely manner
- Ensure all Invoice Finance reconciliations are prepared and submitted to HSBC on time
- Carry out Balance Sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Prepare accruals and prepayments data as part of month end process
- Assist with providing year end data to auditors
- Assist with monthly stock valuations
- Assist with year end stock count
- Support development of other members of Finance Team
- Provide holiday/sickness cover for other members of Finance Team
- Participate in ingoing process review and improvements
- Support the Finance Director in all aspects of financial control
The company offer an attractive salary, rewarded with increases as your role progresses.Due to the nature of the organisation the role is based on site, Monday to Friday 08.30 - 5.00 and has full study support.The business has free on-site parking, aswell as a train station within walking distance.
