**Financial Controller
- Spalding - £75k plus benefits**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller/Head of Finance to work for a fast-growing expanding business. Heading up a small finance team and supporting the SLT with decision making within the business.

**The role of the Financial Controller**
- Management of a team
- Responsibility for cashflow reporting
- Liaising with external advisors and stakeholders
- Oversee and drive systems improvements and implementations
- Support Board and Senior Management in day-to-day issues and growth plans
- Report margin variations to Management Team in agreed weekly/monthly formats
- Presenting monthly MI and weekly KPI’s as required
- Lead the annual budget process
- Budget and forecasts
- Producing year end accounts
- Advise Board and business on key legislation changes
- Report Margin variations to Board
- Producing full monthly MI pack for Board review
- You will be a qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant with a proven track record of working as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance or Finance Director
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
