We have a permanent full-time repairs administrator vacancy in our Berry’s Newcastle store. 35 hours per-week (Monday - Friday) assisting the stores repairs department and assisting customers with queries / problems.

**Main Tasks**:

- To assist on the Stores repair department, ensuring excellent customer care and profitability
- Deal with incoming post and direct it to appropriate department.
- Process incoming repairs and outgoing repairs to customers and Manufacturers and local workshops.
- Use the brand service portals where available.
- Ensure sufficient supplies of repair stationery are kept.
- Advise customers and deal with their jewellery/watches/gifts brought in for repair.
- Ensure all customer enquiries are promptly dealt with and the correct administration procedures are followed.
- Deal with valuations and repair or replacement estimates.
- To perform clerical duties associated with the work of the department, i.e. completion of Pursuit repairs system documentation, manufacturers dispatch notes, sales invoices and any other relevant documentation.
- Assist in keeping staff informed of repairs pricing, deadlines etc and training where applicable.
