**Maintenance Administrator**
Martin & Co (Crewe & Nantwich) are offering a fantastic opportunity to a dynamic and proactive individual, to join our successful Customer Services Team.
As well as benefiting from a locally owned company, you will also be joining one of the UK’s Major Franchise Groups with close to over 400 Letting and Sales Offices Nationwide. Operating such brands as Whitegates, C J Hole, Ellis & Co so your development will also gain from a PLC training programme.
This role will require an organised person who can deal with Landlords, tenants and contractors alike. You will be providing a service for a Landlord through methodical maintenance management.
- Maintenance Calls / Instructions.
- Investigate problem gathering all relevant information and access.
- Report incident to landlord to gain authority to send a contractor and amount to authorise payment.
- Instruct contractor and diarise to follow up next working day (or close of business if urgent).
- General Office Activities
- Phone traffic and direct or deal with issues.
- Organise issues that may arise from property inspections.
- Ad Hoc property inspections if and when required on staff absences
Part-time: Flexible hours considered.
1 Saturday per month 10 till 1.30 in the office
Out of Hours on call once per month Saturday/Sunday - Emergency calls only.
Salary £20,000.00
NFOPP - £500.00 on basic salary with successful completion.
