**Karmelle Ltd** have an opportunity for a **Servicing and Spares Coordinator**to join our team, based in **Huddersfield, West Yorkshire**. You will join us on **a full-time, permanent basis**, and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary.**

**TheServicing and Spares Coordinatorrole**:
You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of spare parts, and scheduling customer service visits and repairs.

**Day to day duties of ourServicing and Spares Coordinator willinclude**:

- Planning and booking service work and breakdown callouts
- Liaising with customers to identify machinery and serviceable parts
- Liaising with workshop manager and service engineer to ensure a prompt and reliable response to breakdowns
- Accurately identifying and picking service and spare parts from stock
- Creating service quotes for customers for service work and for spare parts
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring good levels of customer service are achieved
- Liaising with stores to ensure correct levels of stock are maintained
- Keeping customer records and quote references updated and filed in customer folders
- Ordering required spares from suppliers for customers using PO books
- Preparing and supply of RAMS for site visits
- Preparing and supplying annual service contracts
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by management

While experience in a similar role, or the manufacturing/engineering industry, would be advantageous to the **Servicing and Spares Coordinator** role, it is not essential.
