Position: General Maintenance Worker

Job Summary:
The general maintenance worker is responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of the holiday park facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance on park amenities, including hot-tubs and grass cutting.
- Maintain and repair park infrastructure, such as roads, fences, and signage.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including storage areas and maintenance workshops.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report any potential hazards.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in general maintenance,
- Ability to operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Additional pay:
